Free plan first
Every feature can be tried on the free plan before paying.
Refunds
If a paid plan doesn't work for you, write to support@aidigitalbook.ai within 7 days of payment and we will refund it in full, provided fewer than 10 AI tests were generated in that period. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Failed payments
If money was deducted but your plan wasn't upgraded, it is upgraded automatically once Razorpay confirms the payment, or refunded by Razorpay. Contact us with the payment id if not.
